We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor to join the ARYZTA Team based in Liverpool, NSW.


Reporting to the Inventory & Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for leading the team in maintaining systems, procedures, layout and equipment in the Fresh & Frozen Warehouses so that the right stock is the right place at the right time.


Working Tuesday to Saturday, you will bring a customer-focused mindset, a commitment to accountability, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve high level of Production satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance.
  • Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area, inventory transactions accuracy.
  • Determine staffing levels and assign workload.

About You:


  • Strong team leadership skills and proven experience as a Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor or similar role.
  • Knowledge of warehouse software as GP dynamics, MRP and MS office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
