The Opportunity
Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a Administrator with a professional services background to look after the day to day running of the office.
Your duties may include:
- Daily Client Liaison
- Administration and Office Support
- Maintaining the facilities of the office
- Collation/General Administration
- ASIC corporate secretarial duties
- Setting up boardrooms and refreshments for clients and partners
- Management of meetings
About You
- Previous experience working in Professional Services would be advantageous
- MYOB AE, Xero and CAS 360 experience would be highly regarded
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
