Uptown Cafe & Bar
We are a brand new cafe on the hunt for our amazing barista
Currently only open during the day. We will move to evenings once we have obtained our liquor license in a few months.
About us
Our coffee is locally sourced using the delicious Geelong based Coffee Cartel, served along side infusion/modern food crafted by the talented chefs.
We have all worked together for many years and want someone who fits into the fun and upbeat culture we have created within the current team.
SHOP HOURS
Mon - Sun 7:30am-4pm
Public Holidays 8am-2pm
Requirements:
- Latte art is a must, we love to treat our customers to pretty coffee haha
- Coffee experience 12 years
- Full time availability. You will be the face of our coffee so we will require someone 38 hours a week.
Salary:
$ $35.76 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newtown, VIC 3220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
