We are seeking a Process Engineer to work alongside a talented PSC Biotech Team in an exciting, developing, and diverse biotechnology landscape.

Duties

Assess Process Capability on existing manufacturing operations
Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
Establishing safety procedures for operations
Bioreactor and process operations
Designing and planning equipment layout
Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or science
2+ years of Process Engineering or Operations experience
Experience with Process Development preferred
Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines
Excellent analytical skills
Strong attention to detail

Requirements
BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent 2-5 years relevant project or engineering experience 1-2 years' experience in GMP Manufacturing Facilities Experience in a Greenfield/Brownfield projects, highly desirable. Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels. Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality. Bio process equipment experience plus knowledge of ISO, TGA, FDA and other regulatory standards, preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Excel and MS Project
