As a Journey Expert Data, will be responsible for optimising existing end-to-end Finance Systems, Data and Innovation (FSDI) customer journeys and improving the customer experience by understanding customer/user requirements and devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions.


You will be working as part of a squad to shape and evaluate the viability and feasibility of customer solutions, ensuring that those solutions are delivered in a way that realises the intended value.


Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008


Role Type: 12 months secondment/fixed term (can be up to 18 months)

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge and experience in the following:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (for identifying trends / interpreting information), and excel at data-driven decision making.

Strong experience in using large sets of structured and unstructured data, including the consolidation and analysis of data from multiple sources and structures to inform solution design.

Proficient in Data analytics and interrogation tools.
Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes for the squad to deliver system solutions supporting Finance objectives

Strong end-user delivery focus with a proven ability to co-ordinate many moving parts, associated risk and dependencies to deliver an outcome.

Strong experience with managing a backlog and sequencing work; and an understanding of how to establish, plan for, manage and evaluate end to end delivery.

Previous delivery, change management, business scoping and development and/or business process experience.

Experience in process management and an understanding in planning, organizing, leading/ directing, and controlling process to optmise workflow management and traceability to strategic alignment.

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
