TGRC is looking for an ambitious Investment Associate to join a leading advisory firm on a hybrid basis in Sydney.
Company Overview:
The Green Recruitment Company is proud to partner with a leading corporate advisory firm that specialises in M&A and financial advisory across a diverse range of sectors including Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrials.
Due to their continued growth across Australia, they are looking for an Associate to join their team to support M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, including building complex financial models from scratch, valuation, and due diligence, to support M&A transactions in the renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, offering memoranda, and other client presentations.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members to execute transactions, including managing relationships with clients, buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the negotiation and structuring of transactions, including reviewing legal documents and coordinating with external advisors.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, participating in meetings, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
Your Profile:
- 23 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Masters of CFA certification is a plus.
- Experience building complex financial models from scratch.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Genuine interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, with a desire to develop deep industry expertise.
