An exciting position has become available for an Area Manager - Sales & Operations for retail clinics througout Victoria to join us as we focus on delivering excellence in customer service.

Our team provides healthcare solutions and this role has been developed to assist in the ongoing growth and development of the clinics.

As the Area Manager you are a highly motivated professional committed to promoting person-centred care in supporting clinic mangers in the running and growth of the stores.

You help to create a positive culture that is aligned to the organisations core values.

Your responsibilities include:

Working with retail store managers to support growth and development with an emphasis on optimal client care
Networking and building relationships within the organisation
Identify commercial opportunities to enhance growth and expansion

What do you need to be successful?

Prior experience managing service delivery across
multisites within the retail industry
Strong advocacy, networking and partnership building skills with demonstrated capacity to work effectively with a range of people
Selfmotivated and driven to excellence
Strong commercial, analytical skills, and sales/commercial thinking.
Strong time management and prioritising skills
Proven experience in building long term and genuine relationships
Unrestricted VIC Driver's License
