Working with a well-established and well respected organisation in the heart of Brisbane. Multiple exciting opportunities available for hard working and experienced administrators


Duties

  • The Administration Officer will ensure enquiries are acknowledged, and action is initiated promptly
  • Provide a high level of support to management
  • Work positively in a team to achieve goals
  • Timely and accurate data entry, filing, diary management and minute taking when necessary
  • Organise travel bookings
  • Other general office duties

Skills & Experience

  • The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and administrative support in an office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal manner and accurate data entry skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing highquality support to senior team members
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality and contribute positively to a professional workplace enviroment
  • Higher education or University experience would be desirable
