Working with a well-established and well respected organisation in the heart of Brisbane. Multiple exciting opportunities available for hard working and experienced administrators
Duties
- The Administration Officer will ensure enquiries are acknowledged, and action is initiated promptly
- Provide a high level of support to management
- Work positively in a team to achieve goals
- Timely and accurate data entry, filing, diary management and minute taking when necessary
- Organise travel bookings
- Other general office duties
Skills & Experience
- The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and administrative support in an office environment
- Excellent written and verbal manner and accurate data entry skills
- Demonstrated commitment to providing highquality support to senior team members
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality and contribute positively to a professional workplace enviroment
- Higher education or University experience would be desirable
