About the team


SprayLine Road Services is an internal delivery team within the Department of Transport providing road maintenance services, construction and associated civil works, bituminous spray sealing and line marking to DoT, other state road authorities, municipal councils, and private industry.

SprayLine Road Services delivers services locally within the communities and are committed to ensuring quality, innovative and sustainable outcomes.


About the Role

  • Program Development
  • Devises and coordinates required activities to analyse program objectives and client requirements which are to be addressed through the development and delivery of the maintenance program.


  • Contract Management

  • Manages commercial arrangements with delivery partners, consultants and contractors that lead to successful program development outcomes.


  • Strategic Planning

  • Engages with the team to ensure program components are aligned to the broader strategic plans


  • Stakeholder Management

  • Strong relationships have been built with key internal and external stakeholders. Stakeholders have been positively engaged with and feel informed, and are satisfied with pipeline initiatives.


  • Working Collaboratively

  • Focuses on mechanisms within the Program, that facilitate the inception of new projects that align with the overall program objectives.
The Program Development Lead has provided effective leadership, people management and support to their team. Staff are engaged with high levels of cohesion and commitment and are delivering on the services required.
