Bayside, located in Mordialloc offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care encouraging independence and lifestyle choices whilst also being recognised for its expertise in caring for people living with Dementia.


About the Opportunity
Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.

  • Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
  • Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
  • Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
  • Establish positive relationships with residents
The positions on offer are permanent part time, we have a variety of shifts available including mornings and evenings.


About You

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
  • Commitment to work 4 AM shifts with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
  • Experience caring for people living with Dementia (desirable)
