• Create mockups in Adobe XD
• Meet with Clients to conceptualize creative ideas and discuss requirements and/or project progress
• Establish the purpose of the website based upon its target audience
• Identify the type of content the site will host
• Determine any functionality that the site must support
• Give guidance on layout, colours, styles, design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare design plans, wireframe process and present the website structure to clients and then with the developers
• Keep up to date with recent technological and software developments
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field like web development, web design, multimedia design and web content management
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
• Proficiency in frontend development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
• Good understanding of Content Management Systems.
• Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of crossbrowser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Uptodate experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
• Creative and open to new ideas
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
• Experience in a managerial position is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be available in Sydney business hours
