Due to an exciting internal promotion, we are now searching for a driven and strategic
Innovation Activation Manager - to join our Customer Marketing team in Sydney on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

As a frontrunner in the beverage industry, we are dedicated to crafting innovative and exciting products that resonate with our diverse consumer base.

Our collective purpose is to develop and deliver brilliant initiatives that convert our shoppers whilst establishing solid
partnerships with our customers.

Reporting to our Customer Marketing Director and leading 1 Activation Executive, your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market launch plans for priority NPDs.
Oversees the briefing, development and production of all NPD initiatives, ensuring key stakeholder alignment and all assets are adhering to brand guidelines and customer frameworks.
Translate customer insights into actionable strategies for effective customer activation and conversion.
Ownership and management of innovation shopper execution budgets across all channels.
Ensure seamless coordination between brand, innovation, sales, supply chain and category teams to successfully launch NPDs.

About You:

Proven experience in customer activation and shopper marketing.
Familiarity with launching innovations to the market is highly desirable.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Resultsdriven with a focus on driving conversion and market success.
Excellent project and time management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines,
