The Role and Responsibilities:

As a
Product Manager, you will be working closely with the product team, responsible for product features, backend and frontend developments.

You will also be a part of the team of cloud product designers and developers.

Interacting within the team, with the stakeholders, implementing features and planning development will be a part of your key responsibilities along with the below mentioned:

• Manage and lead a team of researchers and developers to create new products, processes, and technologies that meet the company's goals
• Develop and implement R&D and product development strategies that align with the business vision.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and production, to ensure that R&D projects meet the needs of the business
• Conduct costbenefit analysis for R&D initiatives to ensure investments are effective and generate value.
• Analyse research project findings and suggest product and service development innovations accordingly.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Conduct market research to identify new tech and product opportunities and determine relevant customer needs.
• Develop product roadmaps, prioritize features and functionalities, and ensure alignment with technical requirements. Manage the product lifecycle, including launches, updates, and retirements.

Skills and Experiences:

• Proven ability to solve complex and detailed problems with a logical and datadriven approach.
• Customercentric product design, development and delivery.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience working in an agile environment. Preferable from gaming /finance background.
• Highlevel organisational management and documentation skills.
• Developed and implemented short term and longterm strategic plans.
• Proficiency with Axure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing trading platform portal or Admin Portal is highly advantageous.

Salary:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
