Our client, a large multinational Facilities Management service provider is seeking a professional service driven, experienced Help Desk / Call Centre Manager to be responsible for a the operational management of a high volume call centre, staff, systems and service delivery to clients.


Key aims of the role:

  • Lead, support and coach call centre team members to achieve KPIs and provide exceptional, timely customer service
  • Develop collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in order to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery
  • Provide operational support in managing service requests and reactive / preventive work orders
  • Support ongoing strategy development and provide continuous improvements, business insights and trends whilst predicting forecasts of service issues or failures

Key skills and experience to be a success:

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the operations and challenges of a time critical call centre environment
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding customer experience focus
  • Passion for team management and leading high performing teams
  • Operationally, strategically and commercially experienced
  • Exceptional communications skills
