- Collaborate on building and designing the VPAS database using Microsoft SharePoint and related applications.
- Assist with the referral for autopsy process via phone, email, and MS Teams communication.
- Ensure data usability for various purposes, including clinical referral reports and data analysis.
- Create minutes, agendas, and other documents for meetings and committees.
- Independence: Initiate action and work independently, seeking assistance when needed.
- Organisation: Demonstrate high-level organization and time management skills.
- Project Management: Basic project management skills.

About Victorian Perinatal Autopsy Service (VPAS)
The Victorian Perinatal Autopsy Service (VPAS) is a collaboration between the Women's (Lead service), Monash Medical Centre, and Mercy Hospital for Women. Our mission is to provide comprehensive perinatal autopsies across Victoria, ensuring consistent standards of practice and expertise in the clinical investigation of perinatal deaths. We work closely with associated pathology departments, including The Royal Children's Hospital Pathology, Monash Pathology, and Austin Pathology.
