The Job & Duties
The role will be working as part of a boutique team of 3 including the Head of the Department and JNR PM.
The opportunity will initially see you manage the new business portfolio which holds a small number of properties currently managed by the head of the department.
This will grow each month with new business which is carefully selected and brought on by management.End to end management will include but not limited to;
- Manage initially max 50 properties on and end to end basis
- Conduct routine and final bond inspections inc PCR
- Property Management Admin
- Tenant management & client liaison
- Build and manage client relationships
- Maintenance & work orders
- Leasing and reference checking
- Use of Property Tree/ Inspections Manager / IRE & Trello
- Ideal for; Property Managers returning to work after maternity leave or the industry after an extended break
- Property Managers seeking a step back from the busy daytoday grind & want to focus on a small portfolio without the pressure
- Team player, outgoing, friendly and enjoys a boutique office culture
