About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Architect, Architectural Technician, or experienced Graduate Architect to join their Brisbane studio.

As a key member of their project team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of significant projects in Queensland.


This position represents a great opportunity to join a CBD based architectural studio that strives for excellence in design and delivery.

Recent experience on medium to large scale residential, seniors living or mixed-use projects is highly desirable.


Responsibilities:


  • Work on and contribute to all project phases: Sketch Design, Design Development, Planning and Documentation
  • Contribute to client briefings, workshops, design
  • Ability to multitask & adhere to agreed timelines
  • Relationship management with clients and stakeholders
  • High level of documentation and construction acumen
  • Is able to lead a team of architects to deliver projects from start to finish

About You:


  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Understanding of BCA and Australian Standards
  • A high level of technical construction knowledge
  • At least 5 to 10 years post grad experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in the English language, in both verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Suite is desirable
  • A strong work ethic and eye for detail
