Our client, a leading Australian-owned property company, is seeking a passionate
HR Business Partner to form part of the Senior Leadership team.

This is a 'hands on' People & Culture role where you will be involved in all aspects of human resourcing and act as a trusted Business Partner to contribute to the company's success and growth.


The role is working full time, reporting to the CEO, where you will be responsible for the entire People and Culture function with the support of a HR Coordinator.


Key responsibilities:


  • Champion company culture and develop strategies to drive staff engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support performance management processes to boost employee productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with managers on talent development, training, and career growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the CEO to manage the annual Remuneration Review cycle, including benchmarking.

Skills & experience required:


  • Previous experience in a HR Generalist role
  • A passion for Learning & Development
