What this job involves

We're looking for a personable, professional and proactive IT Customer Service orientated individual to join our team Located in our Brisbane office, you will provide a range of hands on and remote deskside IT Services.

The position is a highly customer focused role and will be required to manage priorities, resolve issues and ensure that IT runs smoothly in each office.


A snapshot of the role:

Work within the national technical team delivering on-site support for hardware and software solutions
Assist staff in accessing and effectively utilising JLLT supported services and equipment
Work with JLL service providers and vendors to ensure end to end delivery of services
Support incidents and problem resolution activities
Conduct end user training on new and existing services
Participate in exciting JLLT projects

To be successful, you'll be a confident self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills, and a track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business You are able to quickly obtain an in-depth understanding of IT support processes and hold solid analytical and communication skills with a high attention to detail.

In addition, you will have superior customer service skills and be able to build strong working relationships with a diverse client base.

You will need to be an effective team player and be comfortable working in a corporate work environment. It is essential that you are capable of working and providing a high-level of output under challenging operational conditions.

On occasion, the nature of this position will mean that hours may be outside of business hours.

This will typically be planned, but the nature of IT is such that when incidents occur, it is expected that the IT team will be in a position to respond and support the business.
