Are you ready to drive innovation and growth in a dynamic consultancy environment? Our client, a respected and globally renowned multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm, is seeking an Executive General Manager (EGM) to spearhead their next phase of success.

With over two decades of international experience, we've earned our place as a trusted resource development consultant. Specializing in engineering, project delivery, and asset management, particularly in the mining sector, we're recognized for our industry expertise.

Within our ranks, an industry-renowned Advisory Group focuses on elevating resource development to facilitate the global energy transition through innovative and sustainable strategies.

The Role:
As the EGM, your mission is to ensure ongoing divisional success and growth. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you'll define and execute strategic goals aligned with our organizational vision.

As a Senior Leader, you will:

Provide strategic direction and highlevel leadership
Oversee general operations
Drive strategic business development initiatives
Ensure the delivery of toptier consulting services
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Engage as a panellist, moderator, or presenter at industry events
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices
Cultivate relationships with industry analysts, brokers, and equity stakeholders
Build and maintain client relationships
Expertise in economic project evaluation and due diligence
Exceptional report writing skills
Extensive experience operating in the mining industry and critical minerals (lithium, rare earths, copper, etc.)
Proven consultancy experience (10+ years)
Strong business development and client relationship management abilities
Skill in navigating ambiguity
A strategic, long term approach to your work

Alongside these responsibilities, we offer a generous salary package circa $350,000, complemented by a negotiable STI scheme.
