    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Leadership Team Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our day-to-day operations and assisting the leadership team in administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling general inquiries.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including managing office supplies, overseeing maintenance requests, and ensuring the office environment is organized and welcoming including kitchen duties and catering.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Support the Senior managers with onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome packs and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Manage internal communications, ensuring information is disseminated efficiently and accurately across the team.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
