- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling general inquiries.
- Coordinate office logistics, including managing office supplies, overseeing maintenance requests, and ensuring the office environment is organized and welcoming including kitchen duties and catering.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Support the Senior managers with onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome packs and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Manage internal communications, ensuring information is disseminated efficiently and accurately across the team.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
