Our client AGL energy are seeking a Change and Training Manager to join them on a contract basis.

The role is to commence immediately and run till end of June 2023 and will be a hybrid working model in Melbourne.

Key purpose of this role (and team)


The Change Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of a new Risk and Issue Management system across AGL Customer Markets areas.

The Change Lead will work with the Risk Manager to champion a positive risk management culture within Customer Markets, proactively supporting the business to identify and mitigate risk within the new system.


You will have:


  • Experience with compliance and risk management in a dynamic business environment.(beneficial)
  • Effective stakeholder engagement
  • Change Management with proven experience in project delivery
  • Broad business knowledge and demonstrated ability to understand and communicate the balance between risk and commercial outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with our people at all levels across the organisation.
  • A demonstrated willingness and ability to take ownership and accountability of decisions and advice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with high quality written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to influence at all levels of the business.
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders with an ability to focus in on the critical issues.
  • Proactive stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of the energy and/or telco industry, key challenges and industry wide risks.(beneficial)
