Our client AGL energy are seeking a Change and Training Manager to join them on a contract basis.

The role is to commence immediately and run till end of June 2023 and will be a hybrid working model in Melbourne.

Key purpose of this role (and team)

The Change Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of a new Risk and Issue Management system across AGL Customer Markets areas.

The Change Lead will work with the Risk Manager to champion a positive risk management culture within Customer Markets, proactively supporting the business to identify and mitigate risk within the new system.

You will have:

Experience with compliance and risk management in a dynamic business environment.(beneficial)
Effective stakeholder engagement
Change Management with proven experience in project delivery
Broad business knowledge and demonstrated ability to understand and communicate the balance between risk and commercial outcomes.
Work collaboratively with our people at all levels across the organisation.
A demonstrated willingness and ability to take ownership and accountability of decisions and advice.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with high quality written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to influence at all levels of the business.
Experience in influencing stakeholders with an ability to focus in on the critical issues.
Proactive stakeholder management.
Knowledge of the energy and/or telco industry, key challenges and industry wide risks.(beneficial)
