About the Role
The
Operations Manager is a pivotal role within the Leadership Team.

Reporting into the General Manager, in this role you will provide strategic and operational leadership, be required to manage a diverse workforce and array of services, facilities and procedures, and be accountable for controlling expenses within your remit.


About You

Key Role Requirements:


  • Senior First Aid + Current CPR
  • Demonstrated experience in a forward facing customer centric environment
  • Pool Operators Certificate or knowledge of Pool Plant
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful leadership of a multifaceted team
  • Demonstrated understanding of Risk and Risk management Systems
  • Experience in aquatic facility and venue management
  • Strong interest and passionate about the health & fitness industry
  • Strong administration and sound financial skills
  • Extensive operational experience
  • Effective organisational skills and team focused qualities
  • Proficient in developing excellent working relationships
  • Ability to develop and execute on plans and work to budget and targets
