As Construction Manager, you will oversight
capability planning, resources coordination, stakeholder engagement, statutory approvals and physical building activities, providing technical solutions to unique building design concepts.

You will determine construction methodology and
manage a team of Building and Construction Supervisors, providing technical advice and direction on site as required.

Reporting to the Managing Director and Operations Manager, The Construction Manager will liaise between
architects and design, engineers, consultants, drafters, sales, estimating and discerning clients to plan and overview work in progress and maintain construction schedules.

Additionally, the Construction Manager will approve progress claims and payments and ensure that projects are completed in accordance with contract specifications and company quality standards.
