About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director
This self-motivated role is challenging and has responsibilities, including:
Analyze and improve organization's guideline, admin functions, work procedure systems and investment plans for stock.

Implement
ATL and
BTL for the respective target audience to enhance the product positioning in the market.

Introducing and implementing clear work floor systems and analyzing the market positions of main products and recommendation if needed.

Analyze and understand the key customer's satisfaction levels and implement strategies by using organization's capabilities.

Conduct periodical audits and enhance the efficiency of the administration functions.

Implementing
BPR for finding out new markets for existing products and direct organization to an efficient platform.

Arranging business meetings with key customers and understanding the total potential of them and introduce appropriate strategies to transform them in to buying a platform and appoint key stakeholders in sales and marketing.

Implementing strong strategy for the non-moving products and advice on how to dispose of them with maximum profits.


Required attributes for this role include.
Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing industry.

Minimum five years of experience in communication infrastructure components and Electrical product selling.

Minimum two years of proven Management consultation role experience in communication / Electrical is a must for this position.


Qualification and experience
Bachelor's or master's Degree is a must for this position.

Management-related qualifications will be an added advantage.

HR qualifications and Finance qualifications will be an added advantage.

Knowledge about IT and Electrical products will be a great advantage.


Salary:
$70, $75,000.00 per year
