About the Role
Reporting into the People and Culture lead you will be the face of the vibrant office, making sure the day to day running of the office is handled with exceptional care.
You will have the opportunity to be involved with all parts of the company including, people and culture, construction admin, social events aswell as a very important aspect of the company which is their company owned charity.
Your duties will include:
- Manage the smooth running off the office aswell as front of house duties.
- Oversee meeting room calendars, ensuring rooms are equipped with IT equipment, refreshments and are kept clean and tidy
- Work closely with P&C lead to organise events and activites
- Assist with onboard and offboarding off employees
- Support the construction team with set up and pack down of site offices for current and finished projects
About You
- Experience in an office coordinator or similar role
- Passionate to get involved and help the business continue to succeed
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of MSO suite
