_Your new role__ _

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will possess the ability to drive the sales performance and service culture with your team.

You will coach, mentor and inspire your team from the forefront, through your own impeccable standards of service and sales success, whilst actively working the floor with them.


This is an interactive business and you will you need to engage and interact with the public to promote the services and products provided.

Base salary commencing of $57K + Super + extras

_To be successful you will need to possess; _

  • Previous experience in sales & team leadership in a consultative sales environment
  • Demonstrated skills in operations, time management and the self discipline
  • Great customer service, relationship building skills
  • Must have a "can do" positive approach to all situations, we're looking for a motivating leadership style
  • Emphatic and friendly nature with a very high standard of personal presentation.
  • Flexibility
- this roster will have weekend shifts as a standard.
