As a customer service-focused individual, you will liaise
with all new patients to assist our doctors with:
Meet and greet patients

Answering patient calls

Process payments and manage patient accounts

Handle patient appointments, and records

Ensure procedures are followed correctly

Managing the recall system

To be successful in this role, the applicant will meet the

following criteria:
Have exceptional organisational and communication skills

Self motivated

Have a professional presentation

Be caring and "patient focused" ensuring service and
personalised patient care is a priority

Good understanding of the dental industry
