The Role
Due to on-going expansion of the business, our client is looking for an experienced
Supply Chain Planning Analyst (newly created role) to
work with stakeholders to manage demand and supply to ensure optimal stock holdings at each location; provide order plans for purchasing team; and optimise the use of forecasting and supply planning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the monthly and weekly S&OP process for Supply review and facilitate and support the Demand review
- Develop and maintain optimum inventory policy and order plans by location
- Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process
- Ensure optimum use of forecasting and planning systems
- Improve data integrity for company Wide FY23 Projects
- Rolling review and adjustments of min/max inventory parameters according to SKU performance and seasonality
- Data validation of demand and supply planning systems
- Data cleansing and testing appropriate for planning systems
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within Supply Chain or Inventory planning
- Have worked in a similar role ideally in FMCG or Retail.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP and Forecasting tools (Business Central, Blueshift)
