Valid driver's license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or special needs preferred
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
Ability to provide personal and domestic care to the clients who live with disability
A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
Good communication skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
High level of time management and organisational ability
Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
Minimum 23 weekdays of availability on a weekly basis
Previous experience working as support worker or similar (preferred)

Essential Requirements

No formal qualification is necessary, however, Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is an advantage.
Satisfactory Australian National Police check, NDIS Worker clearance check and Working with Children Check.
Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
Current Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
Vietnamese speaking is preferred.
