Job Description:


What'll you'll be doing

  • Activate carsales' sponsorship assets across channels and customer groups, working with teams across the business to ensure full utilisation of all sponsor benefits including brand placements & integration, digital assets, signage, talent usage, hospitality & events.
  • Undertake assessment of partnerships/sponsorships to drive continual optimisation.
  • Proactively seek future fit partnership opportunities to deliver mass brand exposure and/or support our member benefits strategy.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and large sponsorship agreements to maximise commercial outcomes and return on investment.
  • Initiate, build and maintain relationships with partners through regular engagement and reporting on program performance.

Qualifications:


What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
  • Strong experience in a partnerships, sponsorships or marketing role.
  • Experience in commercial negotiation and development of contractual agreements.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate at a senior level.
  • Confidence in liaising and articulating ideas with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.
