We are seeking a
Trades Assistant to join our Clayton service department.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The service department currently has a vacancy for a highly motivated
Trades Assistant.

This position offers the opportunity to join an exciting part of the business and gain experience in supporting Caterpillar equipment.

Your main responsibilities as a Trades Assistant will include:

Support the service department with managing and maintaining contamination control and workshop cleanliness to provide a safe and efficient work environment.
Completing required administrative tasks accurately and effectively
Always providing quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Support the service departments to maximise productivity.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills/experience:

Experience in manual handling
A forklift licence.
A positive attitude towards customer service
Positive and proactive attitude
Good communication skills
Selfmotivated and team orientated.
Proven ability to work unsupervised.
