    Description

    Position Overview: As a Contract Project Governance Controls Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing consistent project governance and assurance processes, ensuring project budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables are monitored and reported in accordance with our project governance framework. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, prepare governance documents for projects, and support project management activities, including data analysis, reporting, and risk mitigation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide effective and consistent project governance and assurance processes, ensuring adherence to the project governance framework.
    • Embed consistent project governance and assurance processes across portfolio investments and the ICT roadmap.
    • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to prepare governance documents for all projects.
    • Support project management activities, including leading and coordinating project status reporting, PMO dashboards, Statements of Work, budgets, and schedules related to ICT services and projects.
    • Collate and analyze data to monitor, track, and report on the status of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
    • Facilitate identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with projects, providing potential outcome scenarios and advising on risk mitigation and opportunities.

    Skills Required:

    • Extensive knowledge of ICT project management and governance principles.
    • Experience in ICT project data analysis and reporting, including scheduling, risk, and financial analysis.
    • Proficiency in creating and maintaining ICT project data.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain and justify decisions and recommendations.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
    • PRINCE2 trained (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation Project Management Certification).
    • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous analysis activities and priorities.
