The opportunity
Newhaul is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to champion a proactive safety culture across our road‑logistics, workshop, and operations teams.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our people, processes, and environment meet the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.

About the Role
As the HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
Risk Management & Incident Prevention
Training & Education
Auditing & Reporting
Stakeholder Collaboration
Key Skills & Experience
Hold a Cert IV in WHS – minimum requirement
5+ years' experience in a similar HSE role - Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation, standards and best practice
Ability to analyse complex situations, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Experience leading incident investigations and implementing preventive actions - ICAM certification
Skilled at fostering a safety‑focused, continuously improving work environment.
Proficient in analysing HSEQ performance data and producing management reports.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on operational improvement.
