Daimler Trucks Geraldton
We are seeking a motivated and professional Service Advisor to join our brand-new Daimler Trucks Geraldton dealership.
This is a key frontline role within our Service Department. You will be the vital link between our customers and workshop team — ensuring repairs are managed efficiently, communication is clear, and every customer experience reflects the strength of our globally recognised truck brands.

Your Role
As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
- Schedule service and repair bookings
- Prepare job cards and detailed repair estimates
- Communicate repair progress and timelines to customers
- Coordinate workflow with technicians to maximise efficiency
- Ensure accurate invoicing and warranty processing
- Drive labour sales and meet KPI targets
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience
- Promote a strong safety and compliance culture
Who We Are Looking For
You may currently be a:
- Service Advisor
- Warranty Administrator
- Workshop Controller
- Automotive or heavy equipment customer service professional
You will demonstrate:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with customers and technicians
- Commitment to high service standards
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
Truck or heavy vehicle experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
