Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and has been a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group for 20 years, servicing approximately 50,000+ customers. The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it "never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got". Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia's #1 spring water cooler business; it's an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future. Neverfail continues to lead the market in looking towards the future; this includes capital investment in systems and processes, simplifying and modernising our e-commerce platform for a better customer experience and becoming efficient and agile in the way that we service and deliver to our customers.
About the Role
The eCommerce function in Neverfail is responsible for managing Neverfail's online B2B and B2C sales channels, including the Neverfail website, and in time both marketplace and new digital platforms.
This includes digital commerce and performance metrics management which are aligned to Neverfail's overall commercial metrics, product listing, website taxonomy, content management, order management, customer service, and fulfillment operations.
There are two key elements to this role.The first is to develop the B2B and B2C omnichannel sales strategies by priority segment, then build and manage the performance metrics which accelerate the Ecommerce volume, NSR Rate and Channel Contribution Mix in Neverfail.
The second and equally important element of this role is to build, execute and monitor the operational requirements of our eCommerce efforts and ensuring a world class Neverfail website and in time our presence across multiple eCommerce marketplace and customer platforms.
This means owning the omnichannel P2P, ensuring creative & communication is aligned to broader campaign and always on digital objectives with each touchpoint optimised and that our customers' Neverfail brand and company experience is seamlessly integrated both on & offline.
Your superior understanding of the right digital performance marketing KPIs that drive conversion, revenue and retention, knowledge of multiple eCommerce GTM platforms and digital industry trends are critical requirements for this role.

About You
We are looking for experience and attributes such as
- 8+ years of digital commerce experience, with +4 years of ecommerce experience, and ideally worked in B2B industries and some exposure to FMCG
- Ability to translate digital marketing performance metrics to tangible outcomes
- Experience managing online sales channels, including website and marketplace platforms
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, digital landscape and technologies
- Ability to interpret insights and derive recommendations which will drive volume or profit outcomes which are winwin for Neverfail and our customers
- Proficiency in reporting platforms such Power BI, Tableau and exposure to CRM systems including HubSpot and salesforce, and ideally exposure to Microsoft Dynamics
- Exposure to and understanding of multiple eCommerce platforms.
