About The Role
As the
Store Manager you will be responsible for delighting the customer base within the Noosa store.
You will lead your team to deliver an exceptional level of customer service every time, whilst ensuring they reach company goals and KPI's.
New styles drop regularly in store, and you will need to be a capable manager experienced in stock handling, visual merchandising and other store based procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Retail management
- Customerfocused & positive attitude
- Ability to turn firsttime shoppers into lifelong customers
- Excellent time management to complete tasks in an efficient manner
- Team coaching & leadership skills
- Apparel experience preferred but not essential
