Your responsibilities
The Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in providing essential administrative support to the wider team ensuring that all team support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations within the business to function seamlessly
Responsibilities, however, not limited to:
- Supporting a team of recruitment consultants as well as manage a close
- Coordinate and run monthly training sessions for admin support team to ensure they are trained across all divisions
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
- Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Assess Admin Support staff's daily performance and provide ongoing coaching and guidance as required
- Work closely with the senior management team to ensure that admin requirements are met across the company
- Manage the daytoday operations, event organisation, HR support including on/offboarding staff, IT management
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders, facilitating efficient collaboration.
Essential

- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail, dependable and trustworthy handling complex and sensitive documents
- High level of productivity and a willingness to drive efficiency and productivity through continuous improvement
- Proficient in MS Office
