This innovative Health body within State Government is seeking a Scrum Master to help build scrum across multiple teams within the organisation.
The Gig
Working within cross functional team sized between people, you'll be mainly responsible for guiding and coaching Scrum teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services.
- Working with teams who are relatively new to agile.
- Introduce new ways of working.
- Align expectations with stakeholders.
- Start up a team.
- Facilitate and engage diverse skills.
- Understand group dynamics.
- Inspire confidence.
About you
- Experience starting up scrum teams.
- Strong Agile experience.
- You're comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
- Experience with Security, integration, and supporting whole organisations.
- Worked with IT teams in technical settings.
- Posses a passion for embracing challenges.
