The Infrastructure and Personal Technology team provides a safe and responsive environment that enables Macquarie to pursue opportunities with confidence.

You will join the Service Management team with extensive experience in leading technical delivery focused teams and working collaboratively with multiple product owners.

You will be leading multiple scrum teams, executing various scrum ceremonies and, if required, be involved with portfolio governance and reporting.- We are looking for a passionate scrum master who will thrive in a fast-paced, delivery focused environment drawing on your collaborative and problem-solving skills to achieve optimal outcomes.

- The role will involve:

  • serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams
- managing dependencies between teams and removing impediments
- leading, facilitating and coaching teams in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc
- mentoring Scrum Masters to improve our agile delivery

  • To be successful in the role you will:
  • have 10+ years' IT experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery role
- maintain relevant metrics to guide more efficient processes and team performance
- consolidate cross-team delivery status to various Product Owners
- ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood across teams
- continuously work to improve team performance and agility
- have experience working with global teams
- have excellent stakeholder management skills
- agile related certification is desirable
