Who We Are

Established in 1977, we are Australia's leading manufacturer and supplier of bingo, fundraising and promotional products for the club, hotel and Charitable minor gaming industry.

We have a large team of industry specialists throughout our Brisbane (head office), Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Launceston offices.

As part of our offering we manufacture and supply bingo and fundraising electronic systems such as hand held bingo units, random number generators, VTM lottery terminals and ticket vending kiosks.

The Role

BSG has an opportunity for an energetic, customer focused person with a background or interest in technical support to service our customers throughout Victoria.

The role incorporates the provision of training, preventative product maintenance and technical support to our customers operating our electronic systems, in particular Bingo (PET system), Video Lottery terminals and ticket vending machines.

This is a full time 38 hours per week role with some overtime and after-hours support. A fully maintained company vehicle, training and tools are provided.

Key Duties

Preventative maintenance of electronic equipment
Installation and product training for new and existing customers
Investigating and troubleshooting reported issues
Deliver software updates and engage in testing of products
Occasional requirement to provide afterhours onsite and phone support
Undertake administrative work as required
High level of customer service delivery and an understanding of customer needs
Excellent phone manner
Ability to relay technical solutions to nontechnical customers
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to problem solve in a logical manner
Ability to prioritise workloads
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Flexibility to attend sites outside of normal business hours, including overnight travel within your service area, is a requirement of this role.

Salary:
$48, $127,402.26 per year
