- Payroll and Kronos experience an advantage
- Energetic and dynamic team
- Previous experience working within administrative roles
- Experience with payroll process and KRONOS is an advantage
- Leadership skills
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multitask, learn quickly and be proactive
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide quality administration support to the business
- Provide professional customer service
- Payroll processing
- Accounts support and Accounts payable
- Data entry
- General clerical support duties
Required Skills/Qualification
- Customer Service
- Accounts experience no formal qualification needed
- KRONOS experience preferred but no essential
- Excellent verbal communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- IT Literacy
- Administration Experience
- Microsoft Office
