Food & Beverage Manager.

As a highly skilled Hospitality Manager you will be committed to continuous improvement in service delivery, guest experience and financial outcomes.

You will be an outstanding communicator who enjoys interacting with guests and providing them with a high-quality experience, which they want to repeat again and again.

You will be able to maximise and identify opportunities to enhance relationships, deliver outstanding events suitable for the residents, have a talent for sterling customer service but most importantly of all have a genuine love for great food and wine

This is a hands-on leadership role, with the support of an established team.

You will be expected to coach your team to successfully uphold the desired service and quality standards each and every day.

The residents are the heart of everything we do and the reason we come to work every day, their happiness is key to a successful overall operation, and we are looking for someone who values this as much as we do.


About the role:

Part-Time Position
  • TUE & FRI (11:30 14:30), WED, THUR & SAT (11:00 21:00):
  • Develop and maintain menus & saleable products that entice resident utilisation of current facilities.
  • Build relationships to ensure products are designed and suitable for the Village.
  • Coordinate and plan events and functions, including engaging external clubs, groups and associations.
  • Maintain and develop service offerings that deliver revenue and gross profit targets.

About you:


  • Qualification in business, hospitality, or restaurant management, highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years managing multifaceted hospitality operations.
  • Experience in successfully managing a hospitality business, reliant on return customers.
  • Experience managing staff in both back of house and front of house settings.
  • Demonstrated capability to grow revenue and covers.
  • Strong financial literacy and experience in costing
  • Empathetic and consultative approach.
  • Current Police check clearance (required, but we can complete for you)
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID19 as per current State & Territory Guidelines
