- Assist the Process Industries team in consistently delivering high-quality and precise estimates within the set timelines and in line with project requirements.
- Follow established procedures, systems, and protocols to work efficiently and uphold a high standard of work.
- Prepare detailed capital cost estimates following relevant procedures and systems to a standard suitable for a capital budget if a project progresses.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders during estimate presentations.
- Create comprehensive Master Schedules for Project Timelines.
- Participate in relevant project meetings.
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Estimating and Project Management within the industrial processes sector.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment lists, and data to prepare precise cost estimates.
- Capability to develop capital cost estimates independently based on prior experience and knowledge in the industrial processes sector.
- Knowledge of project implementation, constructability, and various project-related aspects.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with team members from different departments.
- Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera is essential.

Lycopodium is currently looking for an Estimator to join the expanding Process Industries team in Melbourne. The Estimator will report to the Projects Manager and will play a key role in producing capital cost estimates that meet the Company's, Client's, and project specifications with precision, quality, and adherence to timelines.
