What will you be doing?

Reporting into an experienced and well-respected Head of Reward - you will take the lead in completing job analysis and evaluations, market benchmarking, and analytics across gender pay equity, short-term incentives, long-term incentives and benefits.

As a perfectly formed trans-Tasman reward team of 2 () within this well-known ASX-listed, your days will be filled with a mix of analysis and reward operations, as well as genuine business partnering and advisory.

What background do you have?

With >3 years consulting or corporate reward experience, you have solid broad base comp foundations with previous experience across reward operations such as rem review, benchmarking and salary survey management.

Your Excel skills are advanced (VBA, Macros etc) and you're a confident communicator at ease with both HRBPs and Line Managers.

Above all, you're ambitious and are keen for 2024 to be the year when you next step up in your reward career
