12 month fixed term contract

You will join a team of experts creating a simpler and better Australian bank through experimenting, iterating and redefining for the future.

Your expertise in lean, process mining and intelligence, operations, re-engineering, visualisation and problem solving will be key to you designing, delivering, and improving world class customer experience and efficient effective operations.

What could your day look like?

You will establish an approach to measure performance and visualise opportunities, problem solve and develop solutions to optimise and deliver
You will play a key role in developing/improving operational processes to be efficient, removing waste and championing automation
You will partner with key operational leads to coach and develop operational excellence with data, lean thinking and leading edges tools
You will develop, support, and implement standard methods, approaches, and governance across the Value Stream.
What's in your toolkit?

An experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a delivery history is essential
You will be a seasoned process engineer with strong data analytical skills
Process mining experience would be highly regarded
Hands on track record of process re-engineering, lean operations design and implementation, automation, and artificial intelligence
Great business acumen, facilitation skills, resilience, and the ability to present clearly
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence others taking a partnership approach
Passion for building great customer-centric digital processes for millions of customers. This is big
