About this role

We're looking for a team member with demonstrated experience supporting the work of senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced comparable environment to that of the Deputy Secretary's Office.


This dynamic role will expose the successful applicant to a range of tasks and is suited to individuals who can manage competing demands, have high attention to detail, and enjoy working with teams to support the provision of timely, quality advice.


Crown Clerk Grade 7/8, salary from $106,025 - $117,363 p.a. (plus Super and annual leave loading)

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating the executive and ministerial function of the Office of the Deputy Secretary Clinical Innovation and Research
  • Providing high level project and administrative support to the Office and Division Executives
