CBUS Super is committed to helping members maximise their retirement outcome. To achieve this we need to make sure our products meet their regulatory and compliance obligations.
Within our Brand, Growth & Product team we have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Product & Reporting Analyst.
This role will provide- Product monitoring against key compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Regular reporting to APRA, research and rating agencies
- Database analysis and insights to support product management and development
- Competitive analysis and fund comparisons
About you
You will be naturally inquisitive. When reporting or conducting analysis, you should really want to get into the "why" behind the data. Your findings will be key in CBUS Super's ongoing product management and development.
You will have strong experience in handling large volume of structured and unstructured data from various internal and external data sources.
Your exceptional ability to interpret analysis and results in a business context will provide commercially focused recommendations to support business decisions.
You will also have proven experience in designing and building enterprise-grade dashboards using modern visualisation tools (Tableau or Power BI) to visualise final analytical output and reporting.
Technical experience required
- Advance SQL skills in querying and manipulating large, complex and raw datasets from AWS Redshift, AWS Spectrum and SQL Server.
- Technical proficiency in analytics data platforms and tools including but not limited to Python/R, Tableau/PowerBI.
- Experience working with data warehouses and/or CRM systems.
