What this opportunity involves:


As a Corporate Receptionist for a multinational tech client, you will be responsible for Administration and being a primary point of contact for the Facilities operations.

The role includes management of office supplies, catering & weekly food orders, event/meeting coordination, tracking and input of invoices and processing of incoming & outgoing mail /packages.


This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone from the hospitality/customer service industry wanting to enter the corporate world.

This is part time 3 days a week, 8:30am to 5pm.


A snapshot of the role:

Perform office opening & closing procedures for client floor
Answer & transfer calls during business hours
Greet guests and maintain guest sign in system
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client's expectations are met
Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
Maintain the professional appearance of the work environment including the kitchen area, stock cupboards with snacks/ beverages.
Shipping & receiving functions as main contact for deliveries, and tracking all incoming packages from receipt to delivery of item, properly receiving items in relevant office systems
Document and advise manager of any identified equipment, furniture or fitting that requires maintenance

Procurement:
Handling common office supplies requisition in the system
