Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing, deploying and ensuring ongoing maintenance of the organisational Quality & WHS Management Systems.
Performing quality control and quality assurance for projects
Product Release and review
Maintaining, monitoring and improving the SEDA Quality & WHS Management System
Supporting process owners to create and maintain their processes and indicators
Conducting internal audits of the Quality & WHS Management System
Reviewing product maintenance documents throughout process
Maintaining the quality & WHS system records in accordance with the standards
Collecting and compiling statistical quality data (KPIs)
Administrating Corrective Action Requests (NCRs) and Customer Complaints (as necessary) and assist the recipient with problem solving methodology
Evaluating audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

Exigences du poste:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, WHS Management or equivalent industry experience with proven experience in Quality Assurance and WHS Coordination.
3 years plus Experience in Quality & WHS documentation and processes skills in the creation and publication iaw Quality Standards AS/NZS9001, AS/NZS9100 and WHS standard ISO 4500 Demonstrated understanding of quality system processes and procedures. Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, 5S etc.)
Demonstrated ability to add value to an organisation through minimising the cost of quality whilst maintaining compliance with the quality management system
In depth knowledge of WHS code of practice and legislation
Internal auditor certified and with demonstrated experience.
